Diaper Rash (Natural) Ointment

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces Rose Ointment™
  • 4 drops Gentle Baby™ Essential oil
  • 2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 2 drops German Chamomile Essential Oil

Combine in a small jar. Use ointment multiple times per day.

Ears – Homemade Ear Solutions

Here are some practical easy solutions to use at home when dealing with an earache. These solutions are safe for infants, children and adults.

  • For help with Bacteria and Fungus, combine 50/50 Alcohol & white vinegar.
  • To loosen ear wax, combine 50/50 Hydrogen Peroxide & Alcohol.

Place several drops in each ear. You may need to place a cotton ball in the ear to prevent the mixture from rolling out of the ear.

Garlic Footies

Lyme disease bacteria and Babesia can get into the brain. These toxins create brain fog and neurological problems. They can become very toxic if not cleared from the brain. These toxins can create the inability to multi-task, think clearly and/or sleep well.

Garlic has anti-bacterial and anti-toxin properties.


To create your own ‘garlic footies’ follow these simple instructions:


Needed supplies:

  • Plastic wrap
  • Disposable gloves
  • Olive Oil
  • UNpetroleum jelly
  • FRESH GARLIC
  • Socks
  • Knife or garlic press
  • Cutting board


Directions:

Apply ‘garlic footies’ at night before going to bed. Take one clove (or toe) of garlic which is enough to cover one foot. Peel off outer skin, then cut garlic into thin pieces or use a garlic press and make garlic into a mashed substance. The pungent smell is Allicin which is the active component which enables you to detoxify. Mix the garlic with the UNpetroleum jelly using enough to create a paste. Use gloves or a paper towel to apply the olive oil to the bottom of the foot using enough to create a slight film on the foot. Use gloves to handle the garlic mixture because the garlic can be caustic to the skin and can even burn you. The olive oil AND UNpetroleum jelly help to protect the skin. Apply the garlic mixture to the bottom of the foot at the arch area. Wrap the foot at least twice with the plastic wrap to ensure the mixture does not leak out; then cover with a sock (which you don’t really care about due to possible staining or smell), then go to bed. Leave on overnight.


The next morning you will need to go to the bathroom to remove the socks and plastic wrap to throw trash into trash can. Wipe off the garlic mixture – be prepared for the strong garlic smell, and then wash your feet. You may want to use some mild soap on the feet to remove all of the mixture. I suggest you sit on the side of the tub with your feet in the tub with a trash can next to you for convenience so once you remove the ‘footies’ you can toss them into the trash can and are then be ready to wash your feet.


The garlic will have made its way into your system so you should feel less toxic, less fatigued and have less brain fog.


Liver Cleansing Juice

From the ‘Raw Juices Can Save Your life, An A-Z Guide to Juicing by Sandra Cabot, MD


Ingredients:

  • 2 Dandelion leaves OR
  • 2 Spinach Leaves OR
  • 2 large Cabbage leaves
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflowers OR
  • 2 large Brussels sprouts
  • 1 clove Garlic OR
  • 1 small radish (optional)

Wash, trim, & chop vegetables and process through juicer. This juice is high in Vitamin C and Sulphur compounds to cleanse the liver. This is a very strong mixture and may be diluted 1 part juice to 1 part water, or you can dilute it with cold herb or fruit flavored tea. Drink 17 to 35 oz. daily.


OPTIONS:

May sweeten this juice by adding 1 or 2 of:

  • Strawberries
  • Grapes
  • Carrot or
  • Beetroot

(If you mix grapes & Carrots together it may cause flatulence, aka gas)


Parasite Cleansing Tea

(Continue for at least 30-40 days)


Ingredients:

  • Fresh organic Turmeric root, sliced into thin slivers
  • Fresh organic Ginger root, sliced into thin slivers
  • Filtered water


Directions:

Organic turmeric & organic ginger is key here so the tea cleanse is not contaminated with pesticides, herbicides & fertilizers. Also, filtered water is best so it is not contaminated with fluoride, chlorine & other contaminants which can be found in water sources from faucets and refrigerator hoses.

For every 2 quarts of filtered water, add 1 cup ginger AND 1 cup turmeric.

Boil the water, ginger & turmeric for 10 minutes, then simmer for 30 minutes. You may leave in the pot, covered overnight. The following morning re-boil the tea, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Then it is ready to drink again. If it is too spicy then dilute with additional filtered water.


WARNING: this is a very ‘spicy hot’ tea. Should you need to reduce the spiciness of the tea, reduce the amount of the ginger & turmeric maintaining a 1:1 ratio of ginger/turmeric.


Once the tea is bland in color and taste, discard the original tea mixture. It is necessary to make a new batch as described above.


Drink many ounces from this batch daily. You may sip on it daily, drink it all at one time and/or drink with or without food.


WARNING: This tea is NOT for everyone, although Turmeric and ginger have many health benefits. Turmeric is known to help lower glucose levels, reduce inflammation and stabilize blood sugar levels. However, it is NOT recommended for individuals who cannot tolerate salicylates or individuals with gallbladder issues, kidney stones, anemia, and/or cannot take blood thinners. It may not be advisable for individuals taking insulin medications, or diagnosed with hypoglycemia and/or thrombocytopenia. Ginger is known to have antioxidants. Ginger will help reduce inflammation, nausea, digestive issues and it lowers blood sugar & cholesterol levels. However, ginger is NOT recommended for individuals who cannot take blood thinners or tolerate salicylates. It may not be advisable for individuals taking insulin medications, or diagnosed with hypoglycemia and/or thrombocytopenia.


NOTE: Since the ingredients are fresh, the strength of the tea is NOT a pharmaceutical grade product

Suppositories

Cut suppository stick into thirds. Insert ONE piece (1/3 of a stick) into rectum while either sitting on or over toilet or lying on floor or bed. Hold suppository in rectum as long as possible. There will be leakage from the rectum – so if lying, then place tissues between cheeks. You can also use tissue while sitting if preferred to prevent the stick from prematurely releasing from the rectum. The suppository will start to dissolve very quickly, so you must insert it immediately after handling it. After insertion, rubbing the melted suppository onto your hands will kill any pathogens (germs) on your fingers. In addition, it will get into your joints and muscles to fingers and hands to kill pathogens located in that area. Once you are finished lying or sitting, then washing your hands is appropriate.

Urinary Tract Infection Cures

Vinegar Recipe:

Making a home vinegar cure for bladder infections is simple. You will need only a few basic items that most of us already have in our homes. Combine 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of kosher salt, and 8 to 10 ounces of hot water. Mix well; then, drink the remedy several times a day until the symptoms of the bladder infection have disappeared.


Baking Soda:

To help prevent a UTI from developing or nip one in the bud, try adding 1 teaspoon baking soda to a glass of water as it may help ease your infection. The soda neutralizes the acidity in your urine, speeding along your recovery.


* UTI’s which last longer than two days require medical intervention. Contact your health care practitioner should you experience a suspected urinary infection which has not cleared up. Untreated, UTI’s can infect the kidney(s) and perhaps turn into a more serious problem.
